Managed 365, explained.

Isn't Microsoft 365 already backed up?
Not the way most people assume. Microsoft keeps the platform available, but recovering deleted mail, files or Teams data is your responsibility. We add real backup so it's genuinely recoverable.
Do you buy our licences, or do we?
Either works. We can supply licensing as part of the service and right-size it for you, or manage the tenant you already own. Whichever it is, you won't be paying for seats nobody uses.
Will moving disrupt the team?
Rarely. Most of the work is behind the scenes, and we schedule anything noticeable around your day. People keep using the same email and files throughout.
Is support local?
Yes. You deal with an Australian-based team who know your environment, not an offshore queue reading from a generic script.
