Is this really all-inclusive?
Yes. Support, security, monitoring and management are in the per-user fee. No per-ticket or after-hours surprises, projects and hardware are the only things quoted separately.
What counts as a device?
PCs and laptops we protect and manage, roughly one per staff member. Tell us your full number and we'll price it into your quote, phones and tablets don't count.
Can we scale up or down?
Anytime. Add seats as you hire, drop them when people leave, your fee follows your team, month to month.
Any setup fees or lock-in?
None. Onboarding is zero-cost and we run month to month, so you're never tied into a long contract. You stay because the service is good, not because the paperwork traps you.
