Can we keep our current numbers?
Yes. We port your existing fixed lines and published numbers across and manage the cutover so calls keep flowing, no reprinted cards or website changes needed.
What does “unlimited, fair use” mean?
Standard business calling to Australian fixed lines and mobiles is included with no per-minute meter. Fair-use terms simply keep out the extremes like automated dialling or call-centre volumes.
Do we need desk handsets?
Not unless you want them. Many firms run entirely on laptops and the mobile app; if you prefer physical handsets, we supply and configure Teams-certified ones.
Can we get new numbers for other regions?
Yes, we can issue region-specific Australian numbers so a Brisbane firm can hold a Sydney or Melbourne presence, all ringing into the same Teams setup.
