Backup · Disaster Recovery

When something goes wrong, get back up fast.

Tested backups and a clear, practised plan to bring the firm back, whether it's a deleted file, a dead server, or a bad day nobody saw coming.

Backups that are actually tested, not just assumed.

What we put in place

A plan you'll be glad you had.

Nobody plans for the server dying the week before a deadline. We make sure that when it does, the answer is “we've got this,” not a scramble and a sinking feeling.

Tested backups
Regular, isolated backups of your files, servers and Microsoft 365, and we actually restore from them to prove they work, not just tick a box.
A real recovery plan
A documented, plain-English plan: what gets restored first, who does what, and how long it takes, so a crisis follows a script instead of panic.
Fast restore
Whether it's one deleted file or the whole server, we bring things back quickly, so a bad hour doesn't become a lost week of billable time.
Why “tested” is the whole point

An untested backup is just a hopeful folder.

Plenty of firms discover their backups don't work at the worst possible moment. We remove that risk by restoring regularly and keeping copies attackers can't reach.

Proven by restore
We run real restores on a schedule, so “it's backed up” actually means recoverable.
Ransomware-resilient
Isolated, immutable copies attackers can't encrypt along with everything else.
Targets in plain terms
Clear answers to “how much could we lose” and “how fast are we back.”
Common questions

Backup & recovery, explained.

Isn't our data safe in the cloud already?
The cloud protects against hardware failure, not against deletion, ransomware or a mistake. Microsoft 365 in particular needs its own backup, which many firms don't realise until they need it.
How often are backups tested?
Regularly, and it's the part most providers skip. We schedule real test restores so we catch a broken backup during a calm week, not during an emergency.
What does recovery actually look like?
We follow your documented plan: restore the critical systems first, keep you updated, and get people working again in a defined order, so there's no guessing under pressure.
Do you cover both files and servers?
Yes, files, on-site servers and Microsoft 365 alike. Wherever the firm's data lives, it's backed up, tested and covered by the same recovery plan.

Sure you could recover tomorrow?

If you're not certain, that's worth fixing. Book a strategy call and we'll review your backups, test a restore, and put a plan behind them.
