Worktopia exists to give Australian accounting and advisory firms IT that just works. One team, one flat fee, and security done properly, so your people can focus on clients, not computers.
Back in 2015 I wasn't running an IT company. I was in a business systems advisory role inside a Brisbane accounting firm, and I'd been handed the job of moving them off ageing legacy systems and into the cloud.
That meant sitting with the accountants day after day, learning how it all actually fits together: the Xero and XPM workflows, SuiteFiles, the client portals, the rhythm of a practice at deadline. I wasn't reading about it, I was living in it.
Most IT providers pick up accounting software after they've signed a firm. I'd spent years inside one first, so I usually know what a problem looks like before a partner has finished describing it.
That is why Worktopia exists, and why accounting firms have been at the heart of what we do ever since. A decade on, it is still the same idea: own the tech end to end so the practice can get on with the work. If yours isn't pulling its weight, I'd love to help.
No lock-in surprises, no finger-pointing between vendors. Just one team looking after the whole picture.
Tell us what's slowing the firm down and we'll map the fix. One partner, one flat fee, no jargon.
